Green eye-catcher at the entrance of Restaurant Waldegg
Restaurant Waldegg in St. Gallenkappel has enhanced its sheltered entrance area with a custom-made moss picture. Through this project, the outdoor wall surface received a fresh, green eye-catcher that catches the guests' attention right as they arrive. This tailor-made solution transforms the reception into a vibrant backdrop of real, fresh greenery and instantly creates a noticeable wow effect. The interplay of the dense natural material, the integrated brand logo, and the shelves gives the entrance a modern, high-quality look. A decisive advantage for daily operations: despite its natural look, the installation remains 100% maintenance-free. The team needs neither to water nor to fertilize, while the moss retains its soft structure and color over years. A premium, durable eye-catcher that upgrades the ambience without any maintenance effort and creates a warm, unforgettable welcome.

Handcrafted in our workshop
We manufacture every moss picture entirely by hand in our workshop. For this project, a partner for custom interior fittings approached us to realise the order for Restaurant Waldegg. The moss picture was manufactured exactly according to specifications so that it fits perfectly into the planned concept on site.
Combination of forest moss, acrylic, and wood
The base consists of forest moss and pole moss in forest green. The restaurant's company logo was made from matte, stone-grey acrylic and perfectly integrated into the moss surface. During production, we also integrated two precise cutouts for shelves. The decorative letters forming the name "Waldegg" now stand on these wooden surfaces. This creates a clean interplay between natural materials and modern branding.
Robust eye-catcher without maintenance
Although the picture is made of real moss, the installation is 100% maintenance-free due to natural preservation. This means there is no effort required for the restaurant team. The moss remains soft and colourfast for years and is completely resistant to the conditions in the sheltered outdoor area. For the catering business and the guests, this means a permanent eye-catcher.
