Who and which products does the right of withdrawal apply to?

The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals residing in an EU member state who have placed an order through our online shop. It is based on EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive 2023/2673).

For business customers, the terms of our General Terms and Conditions apply.

Which products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?

As many of our products are handcrafted to customer specifications, a withdrawal is not possible for every item. The following are excluded in particular:

• Individually crafted moss pictures, moss letters and moss panels made to your specifications
• Custom-made room dividers and plant walls
• Preserved plants that are produced only after your order is received
• Preserved compositions and arrangements based on individual specifications such as colour, size, plant mix or frame
• Fresh plants with limited shelf life

For catalogue items without individual customisation, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date the goods are received.
