Shipping policy

At Greenfinity, sustainability and excellent quality are our top priorities. To avoid overproduction and ensure fresh quality at all times, we manufacture the majority of our products only after receiving your order ("Made to Order").

Delivery Times The delivery time depends on the type of product:

  • Standard Moss Products: 1–5 working days

  • Plants (Bestsellers): 1–3 working days

  • Plants (Special Species): 15–30 working days

  • Custom Moss Pictures & Walls: 10–30 working days (depending on complexity)

Shipping Partners & Sustainability We ship your online orders carbon-neutral as standard via Swiss Post ("Pro Clima").

Shipping Costs Since our products vary greatly in size and sensitivity, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight and volume of your order and displayed at checkout.

We reward efficient processing via our online shop: For direct orders in the online shop, we cover shipping costs for orders over CHF 250.00. We are happy to pass this efficiency advantage of automated processing directly on to you.

Note for large projects: For custom moss pictures or bulky goods, special transport is often necessary. Costs for this start at CHF 39.00 and vary depending on the size and scope of the project.

 

Payment Methods

To ensure a convenient shopping experience in our online shop, we offer various payment methods. Please note that the availability of certain methods depends on the delivery country and the cart value.

1. Credit Cards & TWINT You can pay securely at any time using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or TWINT. These options are available regardless of the order value and guarantee the fastest processing.

2. Purchase on Invoice (Switzerland & Liechtenstein only) We are happy to deliver goods against invoice.

  • Limit: This option is available up to a cart value of CHF 250.00.

  • Requirement: Billing and delivery addresses must be identical. We reserve the right to perform a credit check.

  • Payment term: 14 days net after receipt of goods.

3. Down Payment via Invoice (from CHF 250.00) For orders over CHF 250.00 (within CH/LI), a down payment of 50% is required.

  • You will receive a partial invoice via email for this purpose.

  • Production or shipping will commence once the down payment has been booked.

4. Prepayment / International Deliveries Deliveries abroad (Germany, Austria, Italy, etc.) are generally subject to 100% prepayment. Swiss customers may also choose this method (e.g., if no credit card is at hand).
