The special feature: the entire landscape consists of preserved plants. This means: no watering, no need for sunlight, and guaranteed no pests – the greenery is absolutely maintenance-free and long-lasting.
This worry-free solution was the perfect answer to the challenges the homeowners' association had with their previous real plants. The new green oasis is now the centerpiece of the stairwell, creating a welcoming and natural atmosphere. This fulfills the desire for a prestigious reception that brings joy to all residents, day after day.

The Solution to a Common Problem
The homeowners' association approached us with a common challenge: their real plants were struggling in the demanding environment of the stairwell and were repeatedly infested with insects. Our solution was a concept based on the advantages of preserved plants. We proposed a long-lasting plantscape that fulfills all aesthetic desires while avoiding the typical problems: no maintenance, no water, no need for sunlight, and guaranteed no insects.
A Natural Landscape Composition
To create an authentic and impressive scene, we combined various elements. Three imposing Phoenix palms, including one multi-stemmed and two three-meter-tall specimens, form the majestic backdrop. In between, three elegant Nicoli plants provide additional fullness and structure. The entire landscape was embedded in a bed of elegant marble stones, covered with preserved forest moss and reindeer moss to create a completely natural look.

The transformation of the stairwell is remarkable. Where worries about maintenance and pests once prevailed, there is now a permanently green landscape. It provides a wonderful feeling when coming home and also welcomes guests in a very stylish and natural way.
