Showroom greenery
For our partner Kibemo AG in Baar, we created a greenery concept perfectly aligned with the showroom’s high-end interior. Kibemo approached us with the wish to combine preserved and live plants to create a natural and welcoming atmosphere.
We developed a concept that blends seamlessly into the existing exhibition. Through the targeted use of exclusive bonsai trees, plant arrangements with exotic foliage, an impressive preserved Populus and a live Monstera, we created green focal points that bring the space to life. Preserved and live alike, the plants add a noticeable freshness to the showroom and make visitors feel welcome from the first moment. This greenery does more than decorate, it actively shapes the character of the showroom.
From concept to on-site installation
Consultation and coordination
After the initial contact, we met directly at the showroom in Baar to experience the space first-hand and get a feel for the overall atmosphere. This open and friendly exchange allowed us to discuss not only the greenery itself, but also future collaboration. Together, we defined how preserved and live elements could be combined to achieve the best possible result.
The plant mix in detail
For the lounge area, we chose preserved bonsais. They combine a natural appearance with complete maintenance-free performance. We arranged an ensemble of four Juniperus bonsais at 70 cm and 50 cm, as well as two Tobira bonsais. These plants resemble naturally grown sculptures and perfectly complement the calm lounge atmosphere. The shelving units were enhanced with delicate plant arrangements made from exotic foliage and details using preserved reindeer moss.
At the reception area, we selected a 130 cm preserved Populus crown, adding height and a strong visual presence to the entrance. To integrate live greenery as well, we placed a natural Monstera on the sideboard. This creates a harmonious interplay between maintenance-free preserved plants and living greenery.
Service and result
All plants were potted and arranged directly on site to ensure perfect integration into the space. The result is a coherent extension of the showroom: the greenery complements the high-quality interior and enhances the welcoming atmosphere for customers. As most of the plants are preserved, Kibemo benefits from a permanently green appearance with no maintenance required.
