Miniature Bonsai Landscape in the Lobby
For the reception area of the Nephrology Outpatient Clinic at the Cantonal Hospital of St. Gallen, we designed a handcrafted bonsai landscape. Positioned on the reception counter, this natural composition adds a welcoming touch of greenery for everyone entering the space.
The goal was to create an eye-catching feature that brings a calming atmosphere—without adding any maintenance effort in a hospital setting. Our solution: a blend of preserved bonsai and mosses that remain fresh-looking for years without care. The result is a positive and inviting ambiance for patients right from the start.
A Small Detail with Big Impact
Crafted with attention to detail
Every bonsai landscape we create is one of a kind. For the cantonal hospital, we arranged a miniature scene in a stylish vessel using natural materials.
Genuine natural materials
The arrangement features two Juniperus bonsai of different sizes: a Juniperus bonsai (15 cm) and a Juniperus bonsai (50 cm). We designed a small landscape around them using real stones, fresh bun moss and soft forest moss. The result is a harmonious and vibrant display that draws the eye.
Naturally beautiful and maintenance-free
What makes this landscape so special is that it requires no maintenance at all. The bonsai and mosses are preserved through a natural process and need neither water nor light. The arrangement stays beautiful for years, making it the ideal green solution for reception areas.
