Wall design with hexagonal wall panels
Moving into freshly renovated office spaces is always an opportunity to redefine the atmosphere of a workplace. For the Mobiliar general agency in Solothurn, we had the pleasure of supporting this fresh start with a natural green design.
The client wanted a high-quality plant wall created with our hexagonal wall panels made of oak. We produced more than ten sets of these design elements, each fitted with a vibrant mix of forest moss, bun moss, jungle moss and reindeer moss.
Thanks to the modular construction, the Mobiliar team was able to arrange the elements freely on site. The result is a unique wall installation that acts as a true eye-catcher, brings nature into the space and gives every office its own character.

Crafting the hexagon panels
For the furnishing of the various rooms, we produced more than ten sets of our hexagon wall panels. Each panel is made from oak wood, giving the elements a warm and refined character. We finished the panels with a blend of four moss types: forest moss, bun moss, reindeer moss and jungle moss. This mix creates dynamic textures and natural colour variations across the geometric shapes.
Custom installation
The special feature of these wall panels is their fully modular design. We delivered the finished, high-quality modules to Solothurn, and the Mobiliar team arranged the layout directly on site. Thanks to the modular system, the hexagons can be combined freely according to their vision. The result is a unique wall installation in each office, meeting room and corridor area — a modern design solution that enhances every space and brings real nature into the work environment.
