A new, green working environment
A well-conceived plant concept brings natural freshness into the workspace and permanently transforms the room atmosphere. For Bürge Haustechnik AG in Dielsdorf, we had the pleasure of implementing an interior landscaping project spanning three entire floors. The new corporate greenery strategically covers the entrance and reception area, open offices, hallways, the breakroom with kitchen, and the conference room.
The result relies on a perfectly coordinated mix of live plants and entirely maintenance-free, preserved botanical highlights. Thanks to targeted green accents on all floors, the premises feel noticeably warm, inviting, fresh, and vibrant. This project demonstrates how modern business spaces are design-perfected through professional planting, while employees benefit daily from the positive effects of a greener office environment.
Holistic interior landscaping for modern office spaces
From floor plan analysis to custom implementation
Our collaboration started with a personal on-site consultation in Dielsdorf. To create an optimal interior landscaping concept across all three floors, the building's floor plans served as the precise planning basis. Our proposal was individually tailored to each area and complemented with realistic product images of the recommended plants and planters. This enabled the client to gain a clear impression of the final result already during the planning phase and confidently evaluate the various design options.
Structured mix of live and preserved plants
A carefully planned combination of live and preserved plants was used throughout the building. A living plant welcomes visitors in the reception area, while premium live greenery was also integrated into the upper hallway and office spaces. Kentia (Howea) forsteriana Tuff, Dracaena fragrans 'Cintho', and Ficus lyrata were selected to create a fresh and inviting working environment. Live plants naturally regulate humidity, contribute to a pleasant indoor climate, and support employee well-being.
Live plants were also incorporated into the staff lounge and kitchen. Three green room dividers, planted with cascading Scindapsus (Epipremnum) 'Aureum', elegantly separate the lounge area from the dining space. In addition to providing a natural visual divider, they also improve room acoustics by reducing noise between the kitchen and the seating area. To keep the plants in perfect condition over the long term, the client also opted for our professional plant maintenance service.
To complement the live greenery, selected focal areas were enhanced with our preserved plants, which require neither water nor sunlight while maintaining their natural appearance for many years. In the entrance area, the Nicoli Wide 180 cm creates an impressive first impression, while the sculptural Juniperus Bonsai Tree 160 cm was placed in the meeting room. These premium design elements add an elegant, representative character and create a calm, professional atmosphere.

From the initial consultation and detailed project planning to delivery and professional on-site installation, the entire project was carried out seamlessly by our team. After completion, maintenance requirements remain minimal. While the preserved plants are completely maintenance-free, our ongoing plant care service ensures that the live plants remain healthy and attractive.
