Natural Retreat Room for BGW Huber GmbH
When an architecture firm designs a relaxation space for its staff, aesthetics and well-being are essential. For BGW Huber GmbH in Flawil, one wall of the newly created break room was destined to become a highlight with a large moss artwork. Their vision was clear: a nature-inspired, large-format piece that radiates tranquility while enhancing the room.
With exact requirements for size, frame and moss types, the firm approached us. Our task was to turn this vision into a perfectly crafted moss picture that does more than decorate—it actively supports relaxation. The result is a natural retreat that offers the team a soothing environment to recharge.
A Custom Moss Artwork
From idea to realization
BGW Huber GmbH came to us with a very precise request for their new relaxation room: a large moss artwork with defined dimensions, materials and moss types. We were happy to bring this vision to life.
An artwork of moss and oak wood
The moss picture measures 200 x 150 cm and is framed with elegant oiled oak. The moss surface was handcrafted by our florists: a balanced mix of 50 % forest moss and 50 % bun moss, arranged into a harmonious, artistic pattern. The bright apple-green of the bun moss adds depth and a refreshing effect.
An oasis of calm for employees
Now displayed in the architecture firm’s relaxation room, the moss picture creates a calming, natural atmosphere. It is a place where employees can unwind and recharge. Like all our moss artworks, it is 100 % natural and requires no maintenance.
