A team event that leaves a lasting impression
For the first joint staff event of Avosano AG, the company was looking for a special activity that was more than just entertainment. They wanted a creative and interactive experience that would strengthen team spirit and create a lasting memory for employees from all over Switzerland.
We had the pleasure of conducting a tailor-made moss picture workshop directly at the event in the Aeschbachhalle Aarau. Instead of delivering finished pictures, we prepared three large moss pictures with an integrated company logo, which were then completed by the employees with our support. Together, the teams finished the moss landscapes, creating unique works of art that now hang in the company's three different locations. The result is more than just decoration: it is a symbol of shared growth and a daily sight that recalls a successful team event.

A team event with lasting value
In search of a unique idea for their first major staff event, Avosano AG approached us. They were looking for an activity that is creative, promotes team spirit, and produces a tangible, long-lasting result. Our answer was an interactive moss picture workshop. A glance at the beaming faces of the teams, who worked together with great enjoyment, said everything about the success of the concept. The goal was not only to create an unforgettable moment but also a symbol that carries the positive energy of the day into the daily work routine.
Perfect preparation for a creative finale
As a basis for the workshop, our florists professionally pre-made three custom moss pictures with white wooden frames and an integrated Avosano logo. For the design, only high-quality reindeer moss in a fresh apple green was used. This preparation ensured that the employees could work creatively during the workshop and concentrate on the final design of the moss landscape to achieve a perfect result.
A symbol of team spirit and growth
At the staff event in Aarau, the time had come: employees from all over Switzerland came together and, under our guidance, jointly completed the three moss pictures. This creative act of co-creation was the highlight of the event. Today, the finished works of art hang clearly visible at the three different locations of Avosano AG. They are more than just beautiful wall pictures; they are a strong symbol of team spirit and shared growth and remind the teams of this special experience every day.
